By ordering, you accept the terms and conditions. These products are sold by a small one woman business TTM-Jewelry 2300055-6, Hämeenlinna, Finland. I reserve the right to change the prices, shipping and terms and conditions. All prices include tax. 



I ship everywhere internationally! 

I always aim to package the products safely as possible, but I don't take responsibility for damaged goods or lost packages. For those you need to contact your post office. 

If you're ordering products as a gift or you have some other special wishes, please let me know BEFORE you order, so we can make sure that we can make it happen. 

The buyer is responsible for possible extra costs in their end, like taxes or customs or possible restrictions to their country etc. TTM-Jewelry is not responsible for delays or harm caused by force majeure. 

Shipping time

TTM-Jewelry is a one woman business, so I am running the online shop at the same time as I am preparing for events like conventions etc. So that means that the shipping times may vary from couple of days to at its worst to few weeks. I always aim to ship all the orders as soon as possible, but if you are in a hurry, please contact me BEFORE you order, so we can make sure that you'll get your order in time. TTM-Jewelry is not responsible for delays or harm caused by force majeure. 


All the products are hand made, unless mentioned otherwise. This means that each one is unique and might not be as perfect as factory made items. The jewerly are NOT toys, and not meant to be played with specially with small children. So parents are responsible if you choose to give the jewelry for children. 
I always aim to photograph the products as accurately as possible, but the tones of the colors may be distorted through different screens. 


All the orders have a 14 day cancelling and return policy, only if the products are un-opened and un-used. If you wish to return your products, you need to notify the shop before hand with the return-form. 
If you do not pick up your order from the postoffice or return it with out a notification, it will not be valid for refund. The customer is responsible for all costs that may occur by returning the producsts. 
When you have filled the return-form and returned the products, money will be refunded to your account in a week. You are also required to provide proof of returning the products (a receipts from the postoffice etc) if the package is lost in the mail. If the products are not returned, and the customer does not have proof of the package been sent, it will not be eligible for a refund.
